Recipe from Photoshop Diner Megutama ! <\/p>\n<div class=\"recipeList\">\n<p class=\"recipeListTitle\">\uff1cRECIPE\uff1e<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Persimmon\u3000\u3000\u30001 pc<\/li>\n<li>Black Jew&#8217;s Ear\u3000some<\/li>\n<li>Firm Tofu\u3000\u3000\u3000\u30001 pc<\/li>\n<li>White Miso\u3000 \u3000\u300040 g<\/li>\n<li>White Sesame  \u3000\u30001tbs<\/li>\n<li>White Sesame Paste \u3000 2 tbs<\/li>\n<li>Sweet Sake\u3000\u3000\u3000\u30002 tbs<\/li>\n<li>Sugar\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3000some<\/li>\n<li>Light Soy Source\u3000 1 tbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"recipeTxt\">\n<p class=\"recipeListTitle\">\u3010RECIPE\u3011<\/p>\n<p>\uff11\uff09Make strained tofu for 15 minutes. Keep the water from tofu when you adjust softness of Shira Ae later. Note if you tofu parallel, tofu would be strained firm.<\/p>\n<p>\uff12\uff09To favor sesame flavor, roast again for roasted white sesame until it is heated.If you do not have roasted sesame, you can also you ground sesame. It would take time to use roasted sesame while it will have good flavor.\n<\/p>\n<p>\uff13\uff09Make sure sesame is heated by hand.<\/p>\n<p>\uff14\uff09Flatter roasted white sesame in a mortar.<\/p>\n<p>\uff15\uff09\uff14\uff09Add White Miso, White Sesame Paste, Sweet Sake, Soy Source and salt and mix them well.<\/p>\n<p>\uff16\uff09Shred strained tofu by hand and add them in mortar, then flatter them all. Add water from tofu strained and adjust softness. Once mixed well. Shira Ae is cooked.<\/p>\n<p>\uff17\uff09Wash black jew&#8217;s ear and soak it in water for 10 minutes. Remove hard tip and cut into long stripe.<\/p>\n<p>\uff18\uff09Remove persimmon calyx and cut into small piece. As it is easier to cook, prefer to use persimmon before ripe.<\/p>\n<p>\uff19\uff09Add sweet sake to persimmon and make it sweeter. Sweet Sake helps to mix with Shira Ae.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-5\">10\uff09Mix 3 tbs of Shira Ae with persimmon, black jew&#8217;s ear.
