＜RECIPE＞
- Eggplant ３pc
- oichee seasoning BALSA (balsa：Thai fish ：Plum jam =3:2:1）
- Thai Fish Source
- Plum Jam
- Peanuts
- Mint Leaf some
- Salt some
【RECIPE】
１）Grill eggplant (middle heat).
２）Turn eggplant upside down and grill well.
３）Crush peanuts.
４）Make source with oichee all purpose seasoning an Thai Fish Source Plum Jam and little of salt.
５）Peel eggplant and tear them by hand. Add the source with eggplant and mix well with peanuts.
６）Serve on the plate and put mint leaf on top.
